Hi ************************* I am ********************* from Bills Auto Parts. This is in reguards to complaint # ******* This customer must have brought in there old starter at the time of purchase. The old starter is the core they would have took off the vehical. in order not to be charged a core deposit on remanufacture product i have to return it to the manufacture in the orginial box. When a core is returned either at purchase time or a later date the sale is final and then only is replaceable for a warrenty. i am not able to call a manufacture up and get a core back or a box to return it. Reading there complaint i see they new shortly after they purchased the starter they didn't need it. If at that time they would have call me or just returned the starter the same day things could have been different. They chose to wait 3 to 4 weeks before returning the starter and by doing so i know longer have there core or the box it was returured to the manufacture. The ***** dollars i gave was the amount i hope i recieve from my supplier who i returned the unboxed part to. When the customer called they also used profanity langue and where very threating to me. I have no use for a customer like that and do not have to take that treatment. I try to treat customers as fair as i can but i can not be expected to loose money as the only way to be fair. Thank You ********************* ************
