      Wireless World is a great company to deal with. Staff was very friendly.

      Wireless World is a ******* Wireless (VZW) retailer located in ******, ****. During the purchase of two iPhones in October 2021, I repeatedly stated that I did not want any add-ons or warranties. The bill of sale showed no add-ons. After my phones arrived and were activated, I receive an email from VZW that I had an add-on for service protection. I contacted the Wireless World manager about the add-on and was told that the salesperson had made a mistake and the service protection would be removed. The protection service wasn't removed and I was charged for the protection. After two additional visits to the store and talking to three assistant managers, I was told that the protection would be removed from my account but I would not receive a refund because it was a VZW matter. After two calls to VZW, they refunded my money per company policy. In summary, VZW treated me fairly but Wireless World employee(s) did not. Wireless World added a protection service to my account without my knowledge and would not remove the charge when asked. Based on this first-time customer's experience with Wireless World, I cannot recommend this company.
