      Last year our HVAC guy sold his business to Suter. They came 9/13/23 and did our fall service. The tech even wrote on the receipt ...'going to do cooling in 2024 spring.' Fast forward to March 2024 and we call for service because our furnace is acting up. Sure, they say, Wednesday (3/27/24) is our first opening. Okay, we're having a cold snap and by Saturday the furnace is completely nonfunctional so we use our fireplace and some heaters. On Monday we called Suter to tell them the furnace had completely quit. They told us that they no longer service our area. WHAT? Since last Thursday you mean? So here we are with no heat and no service. And the company didn't bother to let us know either. I wouldn't call this great customer service.
