1 star20 years in business using Webroot without any issues. 3 months with PC Matic and we received malware/ransomware that shut down my entire company.according to PC Matic, their super duper amazing "Super Shield" shutdown after the 3rd malware attempt and my system was breached, encrypted and shut down operations.***** on site PBX, encrypted.5 desktops, encrypted.1 server and 1 back up server encrypted.Repairs to date, $10,000+. apprehensive and nervous feelings, pricelessReview fromBeth W

1 starThe tech support is terrible. I tried to reset the password and I get nothing. It claims it sends a reset option but it never comes to the inbox or spam.I paid for extra support for all devices. I call them and they support every thing but PC Matic. They submit a ticket and you have to wait for them to contact you. They have no contact number.If you want any kind of tech support stay away from PC Matic .Review fromJeffrey W

No matter how well-prepared you think you are, no matter how solid you perceive your business planning and operations status to be, it seems a more treacherous, impactful circumstance exists, waiting to affect everything, unexpectedly. And let's face it, nobody is good at or prepared for everything. 5 starsAs a PCMatic customer of several years for my network and systems security, i could not be more satisfied. PCMatic is easy to self-maintain but I ran into an issue on a computer that I have to maintain a Windows 7 accounting solution on for a few more days. I upgraded that system with a Windows 10 over Windows 7 installation so things don't always work right. I was having issues connecting this system to PCMatic servers and nothing worked right. The PCMatic technician took charge with a remote session and repaired Windows components that don't come across that type of installation and had me connected in an almost two-hour session. His patience and expert knowledge of the Windows components was something to observe. I am fairly knowledgeable as a dealer of more than forty years (from when ********* first started) but he showed me some new things. I often refer PCMatic to those I know in the business so let me add that recommendation here. It is the lowest cost service in the business that really works, made in the US and tech support is here also. No yelling in the phone menu for a representative here. A direct link,or an email or phone call gets you there quickly. I even have an assigned representative that checks on me often. Give it a try!Review fromDavid O

Living in a Post-Covid world, we all encounter poor customer service that is actually quite shocking!In today's business climate, it is important to champion those businesses that are super amazing, doing a stellar job with both product and support.PCMatic is a company to cheer about! Just got off a support session where **** remoted into my computer and did a lot of work to fix my compute, all included in my low yearly fee for Virus protection. I watched him work - it was like watching someone repair the space shuttle.I have been a customer of this company for over seven years and they have always been excellent, always standing out above others, even before Covid. I don't know why anyone would be a customer of any other antivirus software company. Even the upgraded business product and service is the same price than the other companies.PC Matic, Inc.
