I have a vehicle loan with telco triad. I have done service with them for years never any problems November 19 2024 my car was repoed at 6pm. It was after business hours there was nothing I could do.I was behind by 1 month. I missed a payment in July. But making my monthly payments.November 20 I called telco triad to speak with ****** ******. And she would not speak with me over the phone she told the recipientist I would have to come in in-person. They would not disclose the information i needed to get my car back.I had to take a ***** When I got there in-person with my kids she asked me why I missed a payment in July. She made me come in in-person just to ask why I missed a payment she would not give me the amount to get my vehicle back until I answered her questions . I had forgot I missed the payment and when she emailed me asking when can I pay I said idk at this time. She told me in person that email was not enough informations and that's why she reposed my vehicle but she never responded back to the email. I had to pay 864 to get my vehicle back. I told ****** how I did service with telco for years and when I was in college sometimes I would be two months behind and **** always worked with me. ****** said **** was fired and she should of never allowed me to make those late payments. ****** also made me sign an agreement my next month payment would be onetime. I felt she treated me as if I was less than she talked down too me & was very rude.

The member, ********* ****** is changing the facts of the matter in this situation.  Member has been constantly late on her payments and missed 2 payments, almost going on a 3rd payment.  She did not return and phone calls or emails to our Director of Collections.  So, at the 68th day with no contact, a repo order was filed to bring the vehicle in.  After the car was repossessed, the member ********* finally called to speak to ******.  At that time on the phone, she was very irate and belligerent to ******.  So, at that time is when ****** stated that she had to come into the office to discuss it.  The member finally did come in and was told in order to get the vehicle back, she would have to pay the repossession fees and bring the account up to date, $864 is what was required of her to get her vehicle back.  As for the former employee, it was stated that she no longer worked here at Telco Triad CCU, not that she was fired and we would never disclose that information.  As for the former employee allowing Ms. ****** to go past due 2 months on previous loans, it can happen with constant contact and a payment arrangement made with the Account Resolutions department.  Since she was not contacting and ignoring our calls, emails and the 20-day cure letter was sent out, we followed all protocol that we do with all of our members and repossessed the vehicle.  If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact me at ************.

      Sincerely,

      ****** G. ********

Attached you will find the correspondence with Ms. *************  She has been constantly late with payments and as of January 1, 2025, she still has not paid her December loan payment that was due on 12-27-24.  Each month she seems to push it longer and with no contact, plus in a prior contact she stated she did not know when she will make the next payment - reason after that we sent the 20-day cure, we went and repossessed her vehicle due to past due payments.  As for her recording the conversation with ****** ******, Director of Account Resolutions and has been in the business for over 30 years, she followed all the protocol procedures in protecting our assets.  ************* wants to take her business elsewhere, we are not holding her back and she can do that anytime and pay us off in full.
