    ****************** owns the ***************** Apts. in ******* **. It is constantly flooding on the first floor. The elevator is out of order all the time. They say theyre going to fix it and it needs to be out of order for a couple of days or weeks they work on it and a month goes by and it breaks down every other day again. This has been going on for a couple of years. We have elderly that cant get down several flights of stairs without an elevator. Windows are in poor shape and they need to be propped open with a book to keep them up thats if you can get them open.
