    I payed a deposit on May 31st for J and J to do all the drywall in a bedroom at my home. The work was supposed to be done on June 2nd, 2 days later. It is now August 14 and still no work has been done. I have been ignored for weeks at a time with no response from the owner ***********************. I have been patient and have heard every excuse from him in the book. Last time I talked to him was last week and he was supposed to call me the next day to meet up and get my deposit back. He is once again ot returning my phone calls or messages. I want my deposit back or at least consistent communication to figure out a plan.

    I have a contract with J&J construction to build a deck to my sliding doors on the corner of my house. I paid the initial installment of $8640.32 on the 23rd of January 2023. Work was supposed to begin as soon as the frost was out. Several emails, phone calls, and text messages have gone unanswered. J&J Construction's website is down and their ******** site has not answered any messages either. I am requesting that they either finish the job or refund all money paid so I han hire another contractor.

    Was under covid for two months so couldnt get back to anybody. He is up to date now and we have been communicating.
