    We had roto-rooter come out in March to fix our sewer line. They came out, we paid, and now 2 months later it's having the same exact problem.I called to ask for someone to come out and we pay the following week. They acknowledged they'd been out here in March. Then told me to call a different plumbing company and hung up on me.They told me to contact the plumbing company who did the inspection on our house before we had even bought it. It's not a plumber we were personally working with.Roto-Rooter was the only one who has done work for us since acquiring this property. They are the ones who did not do what we paid them to do and are now yelling at, telling us to go somewhere else, and hanging up on us to hide their poor service.I want the $200 back that we paid for this issue to be fixed by them that they obviously didn't do. I've also hired another plumber and will be willing to submit his findings when I receive them.
