      Square tire worked on my vavle cover gasket and heads. Right after they worked on major part of my engine I started to have engine components problems. At first I thought it was just a sensor, but the issue got worse and now the engine is losing complete power. Let make it clear that only until Square tire worked on the engine did I started to have loss of power and mechanical issues related to engine or components that go connected to engine. And Square tire representative indicated that they will only cover the heads. However square tire had to remove certain components that go attached to engine that is directly associated with the issues i am having. And now they are misfiring and malfunctioning. So there no way to separate the engine components just from the heads because Square tire touch and dismember wires and components from the engine to be able to fix engine, and only after they did this did the engine and these components started to malfunction and give a engine light indicator issues. Square tires are responsible than for the whole components parts attached to the engine, because they touch and removed them from the engine. They must make me whole and leave me with a no engine problems, because the car did not having these issue when I brought them to them, until they worked on engine itself and touch the components attached to engine. Currently with no engine the car has lost its value. At this point if square tire cannot repair engine they must refunded me with the cost to replace a engine or the cost of engine and labor. Because I did not have these major issues I was having until they mechanically worked on the engine parts and the components attached to them.

      MY ASST. ******* AND I SPOKE WITH ******************* FOR ALMOST TWO HOURS ON 6/26/24.  THE RESULT WAS I WROTE HER A CHECK FOR $1266.61 WITH THE UNDERSTANDING THAT THIS ISSUE WAS CLOSED.  THE CHECK HAS CLEARED.  WE SUGGESTED TO ******************** THAT HER CAR WASN'T WORTH ADDITIONAL REPAIR BECAUSE IT HAD BEEN IN AN ACCIDENT.

      ALSO THE ***** BEING DISPLAYED INDICATE THAT  A TSB (TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLITEN) HAD BEEN ISSUED ON HER VEHICLE WHICH WAS POSSIBLY RELATED TO HER CURRENT PROBLEM.  WE ALSO TOLD ******************** THAT THE **** DEALER WOULD CHARGE TO DIAGNOSE THE TSB(UNLIKE A RECALL), WHICH MIGHT MIGHT BE QUITE EXPENSIVE. I FELT ******************* AND I HAD REACH AN ACCEPTABLE SOLUTION.
