    My neighbors hired Star tree service to cut down three trees on their property. On September 28, Star Tree Service was in their backyard working on a very large tree. At some point a limb fell and it severed power to the neighbors house as well as pulled on an electrical line running from house to my garage. It caused the anchor holding the line to the house to be ripped out of the siding and the live wire is now hanging low enough to hit your head on. No one informed us of what had happened, we just noticed it when we got home. I called star tree service on September 29 and explained there was property damage. They told me they would check it out. They did not. My husband left work to talk to them while they were present at the neighbors property on September 29. They denied ever speaking to me on the phone. They also denied that they caused the damage at first then ultimately agreed to fix the issue. I do not believe they will fix the issue nor has an electrician come out to fix the issue. In addition to this major complaint they have also repeatedly used my lawn to lay branches and sticks on without asking, leaving them overnight even. In addition they have also blocked my garage and driveway for an entire day without notice to me or my husband and have been continuously using my trash cans.
