    ***** T I have rented from Carlsons off and on at different sites. I dont have any complaints. Once there was a leak coming through my bedroom window and ** Carlson himself came and checked it out and got people there to fix the problem right away. Sometimes it takes a site manager a few days but they have always come and taken care of anything I have a problem with.

    I rented from 2017 to 2019. The maintenance was horrible and thawing with that if you spent your time waiting for repairs you wouldn't have a life. I had folding doors coming off and falling on me. I had a sunken in stove panel that I couldn't touch. Broken window that I had to cover abd ***** not fixed when I moved out. They showed my apartment to another ******* wo my knowledge. They nailed down my tile in the bathroom behind the toilet. The steps and parking area were slick in winter, with no drainage in the lot. They had people doing drugs abd living for free after a tenant moved out. I had to replace my own stove grates. I kept my apartment neat and very clean. Their argument was I did meet ******* requirements. So they refused to rent to me again. My mailbox was broken and never was fixed. I sent multiple pictures to **** brookridge for proof. New management is needed.
