      I am ***** of ******** for my 97 year old mother, *********************************. **** purchased Rexton Hearing Aids from *************************** at Precision Hearing several years ago. He told her then that he was at the nursing home that she lives in weekly or several times a week for batteries or repairs. He had come less frequently over the past year or so. She called him to tell him one of her hearing aids was not working. He said he would be there soon to fix it. After several weeks, he arrived on July 27, 2022. He could not fix it there, but said he would take it to the office and fix it. He would bring it back to her within the next week. No hearing aid was delivered and no answer at the office phone number. My mom, social worker at the home, my moms minister and I have left messages for him with no reply. On September 15, 2022, my husband and myself talked to **** at his second business, Spaghetti ************* in *******, **. He told ** the hearing aid was fixed and only arrived in his office on Monday. He promises us he would take it to her on Friday, September 16, 2022. He did not show up to the nursing home nor did Mom ever receive her hearing aid. She cannot hear and she desperately needs this hearing aid. Please help.       I am a customer who purchased ********************** aids from this business which was formerly known as Precision Hearing Center. I have a contract with them that provides lifetime batteries for my hearing aids. When I needed batteries I would call the office and pick them up. As of the middle of July I have called numerous times for batteries and only get the answering machine and they say they will return my call. I have never received a call back and looked on the internet and found their website and it gives office hours which states they are still open for business I have also stopped at this business, which is 30 miles away, and it has a closed sign on the door.
