    We hired sedore sanitation for trash services at our home with a dumpster on June 23rd after it taken 5 weeks to get I'm supposed to have service every 2 weeks for pick up. It's has been a month and a half with no pick up every time I call I get hung up on and they won't come pick up there property I need it gone

    This customer did have to wait 5 weeks for a dumpster. However, we made every effort to get one to him as soon as we could.  There is a national shortage of dumpsters at this time due to metal being so high priced.  We explained to him every time he called that we were trying to fill his order.  We delivered a dumpster on August 5, 2022.  He was scheduled to have a monthly pickup which means one pick up a month.  It was stated on his bill and was the quote he got on the phone during the order.  The customer started calling and complaining about service that was just getting started.  He was billed with an invoice that had the information on pickup dates and times along with the bill for service and delivery.  We never received a payment from this customer, he just called up and wanted to cancel service right now.  We put him on our pickup list, which as a business we try to do within a reasonable time period.  He continued to call and complain about service he never paid for.  The only time he ever was hung up on is when he called, and every other word was the *** bomb.  He kept calling and leaving a message with the *** bomb every other word.  He talked to the owner and told him he would pay for the delivery if we could pick up the dumpster.  We received no payment.  However, we did pickup our dumpster on September 30, 2022.  He stated he wanted no further contact with us in his complaint, but he is still calling.

    We try to take care of our customers with the small staff we have. It is necessary for customers to understand with the daily routes we have, deliveries and pickups are done in between as we are taking care of paying customers first.

    We removed the dumpster and took the loss on delivery and service, and we are sorry the customer felt he was not getting what he thought his service should be.
