    I ordered a assault racing intake manifold from this company and the part received was not the correct part so within the ****************************************************************************************************************** which I paid for shipping when I was told they would take it out of the refund. A week passes with no refund so I contacted them and they tell me I returned them a dog training kit which I stated was absolutely false and I never even knew dog training kits existed! They still refuse to give me a refund. Upon further research on their Amazon sellers page this isnt the first time something like this has been done by the company.

    On April 14, 2023, I purchased "Assault Racing Products ****** GM 700R4 12" Torque Converter 2200-2400 Stall 30 Spline". My husband was building a motor for his truck. The item shipped on April 17, 2023. I am not sure of the date we received it, but it cost $296.31. By the time he put the part in, the return window was closed. On June 1, 2023 I requested a refund through Amazon. I have been in contact with the company through Amazon Messaging. The seller continues to tell me there's nothing they can do, and they won't accept the item for return. The item we ordered stated that it had a stall. This converter does not have a stall like it was listed on Amazon. They tell me I need to contact the company who made that part, and they can "help identify your actual vehicle setup requirements". In other words, the motor my husband built may not be up to par. I filed an AZ Claim, but that got lost. I received notification on 6/7/23 that the claim had been filed, but when I called today, they said they couldn't find it. So, Amazon requested that the seller allow a refund, and they still will not do it nor will they replace the item. I am currently out almost $300 for a part that doesn't work correctly. At this point, I am considering this company to be insulting my husband and his career choice, saying that what he built isn't correct. I do not take kindly to that. I will make sure to never purchase from this company again. I wish I had read the yelp reviews, amazon reviews, and BBB claims from this company before ordering.
