    Dropped off 2 shotguns for work. Was told they would be done in a week. 2 weeks **** After 2 weeks they told me over phone they were done but needed inspection. I got to business service was only half done. A few months ago gunsmith told he could do both guns in 2 hours. I got charged for 2 and 1/2 hours per gun and job is only half completed after 2 weeks. When I got home I seen on 1 gun someone had left pliers marks on it and scratched barrel with pliers. Lug that holds barrel tight to reciever has been pulled loose, blueing is damaged on end of barrel, sightbhas been discolored, and scratches on reciever, a s**** head has been stripped. It's all in pictures. I think for services rendered $100 plus tax is fair and I am willing to pay that and they can refund rest and acknowledge the damages that they did to it. I have talked to business owner and he would not acknowledge any damage and that price was fair I disagree. I will no longer contact them and don't want any contact from them just a refund of excessive charge and acknowledge damage that's it

    LETS TAKE THE ACQUISITIONS IN ORDER - I HAVE CHECKED OUR SURVEILLANCE TAPES FOR THE *** THE **** WERE RECEIVED AND DELIVERED.

    1. THE **** QUOTE WAS AT LEAST TWO WEEKS NOT 2 WEEKS *** AS CLAIMED

    2. THE ****MITH HE CLAIMS TO HAVE GOTTEN THE **** QUOTE HAS BEEN GONE FOR MORE THAN A YEAR, AND HE WAS TOLD WHEN THE **** WERE RECEIVED THAT THE ***** IS BY THE **** AND THE WORK DESIRED  TAKES SUBSTANTIALLY LONGER THAN AN ****.

    3.THE WORK WASN'T COMPLETE BECAUSE THE CUSTOMER CANCELLED THE WORK BEFORE IT COULD BE COMPLETED BY CALLING AND TELLING THE *****MAN THAT HE WAS COMING TO GET THE **** IN 40 MINUTES PERIOD. WHEN WORK IS CANCELLED BEFORE COMPLETION WORK STOPS IMMEDIATELY, WHEREVER IT IS, AND THE **** ARE REASSEMBLED SO THY CAN BE PICKED UP.  IN THIS PARTICULAR CASE ONE OF THE BARRELS WAS IN TH E ***** READY TO HAVE THREADS CUT WHEN THE WORK WAS CANCELLED ON THE 9TH BUSINESS ***.  CUSTOMER ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING FOR THE WORK AND PARTS EXPENDED UP TO THE CANCELLATION.

    4. THE MAGAZINE CAP DAMAGE WAS ALREADY ON THIS 65 YEAR OLD *** WHEN IT WAS BROUGHT IN. THAT IS EASILY SEEN ON OUR SURVEILLANCE TAPES AS THE ***** PERSON WALKS DIR3ECTLY TOWARDS ONE OF THE CAMERAS IN ORDER TO PUT THE RECEIVED *** IN THE WORK RACK. I COULDN'T SEE THE SCRATCH ALLUDED TO, BUT I BELIEVE THAT IT WAS ALSO PRESENT WHEN THE *** WAS RECEIVED.

    5. BOTH **** WERE LAID FLAT ON THE COUNTER WHEN THE CUSTOMER PICKED THEM UP, AND WERE CAREFULLY EXAMINED BY HIM BEFORE HE PUT THEM IN HIS CASES, ***** RECORDED ON OUR SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM.

    6. CANCELLING THE *** WHEN IT IS NEARLY COMPLETE SEEMS FOOLISH TO US, BUT IS THE CUSTOMER RIGHT TO DO WHATEVER HE WANTS , WITHOUT REGARD FOR OUR OPINION ON THE MATTER.

    7. THE DISCOLORATION COMPLAINED ABOUT ON THE MUZZLE OF THE ****** APPEARS TO BE A THIN FILM OF CUTTING FLUID, AS THAT WAS THE BARREL IN THE ***** WHEN THE WORK WAS CANCELLED. I RELIVE WE WIPED THIS BARREL DOWN HURRIEDLY AS WE HAD A LIMITED AMOUNT OF **** TO GET THE **** REASSEMBLED BEFORE THE CUSTOMER ARRIVED.

    8. THE AMOUNT BILLED AND PAID FOR COVERS THE **** EXPENDED UP TO THE **** THE WORK WAS CANCELLED AND THERE IS NO REFUND DUE.  THE **** THAT A CUSTOMER WOULD CHOOSE TO CANCEL A WORK PROJECT JUST AS IT IS BEING COMPLETED IS DIFFICULT TO EXPLAIN LOGICALLY, BUT IT HAPPENED.

    9. BOTH OF THOSE *** BARRELS WILL NEED TO HAVE THREADS CUT BEFORE THEY CAN BE SAFELY FIRED WITHOUT DAMAGING THEM, BUT THAT WILL NEED TO BE DONE BY SOMEONE ELSE. WE ARE DONE WORKING WITH THIS PERSON
