    Had them install a water filtration system with a bypass, but they did not do the bypass like I asked 3 times. They added shutoff valves, though, because that makes total sense without a bypass. They spent several hours hooking up the system that I purchased, charging me an arm and a leg for it. I attempted to contact them about getting the bypass added when I noticed it was not installed weeks later and they have ignored me. They had no problem responding when I asked for a bill, though. Ended up learning how to do plumbing myself and got it done without them. On another project before they worked on the filtration system I wanted to replace my sink, remove the disposal, and add a high loop for the dishwasher hose because the home inspector said we needed it, they told me removing the sink would damage the countertop and we didn't need a high loop because the dishwasher already has one built in (which I've been told is terrible advice by several other plumbers). Tried to schedule to have them do it and couldn't get them to respond or schedule. Ended up also learning how to do that and did it myself, WITHOUT a scratch on the countertop. Third project I tried to schedule them to run a gas line to my stove, and they would not get it scheduled for weeks, so hired someone else. This company has terrible communication and showed up hours late to do the one job I could get scheduled. I definitely do not recommend hiring them.

    Our first initial meeting with this customer was to discuss all the items he would like completed.  We installed a system provided by the customer on December 6, 2024 that we had never seen or installed before.  Our technician did the best job he could with never installing a system like it.  The systems we install have a bypass on the units themselves.   As for him calling multiple times, I received a couple of phone calls and,  did receive several emails within a weeks timeframe between 12/19 and 12/25/2024.  I received the call about the bypass, and passed the information on to my technicians.

    As for the invoice, I am responsible for that portion as well and can send that as soon as I am off the telephone. I can proved telephone history records or emails if necessary.

    It took our technician 5 hours to install the system provided by the customer, our normal timeframe is 3 hours for our systems.  We gave him a break on the labor and charged him our service call rate of $90.00 per hour when the customer supplied materials is $135.00 per hour.  I cannot speak about the high loop for the dishwasher as this is the first time in 10 years of doing this job it has ever been requested.

    We are a small family owned business.  We have over ***** customers in our database and two full-time technicians and one part-time technician to do service or emergency calls for all of them.  ********** manager/receptionist/bookkeeper/HR/etc. for all.

    It is unfortunate that our communication needs improvement and welcome any outside ideas on how to improve communication, scheduling, (should our technician have left the customer job after three hours to make his next scheduled appointment?) or doing our job better. 

    In reviewing the past communications today the customer was told our priorities lie with heating issues during the busy winter/holiday season.  The holiday week timeframe he gave us to complete jobs was inadequate.

    I am glad that he was able to find other plumbers and complete the work himself.
