    I am leaving a review today because I don't want anyone that just lost a loved one to go with this so called company. It would be a negative stars if the system would let me. These people came in to do a job. Had a contract that said they get 35% and the sale was going to start 10/1/24 didn't start the auction until late on 10/9/24. Only because I called and pushed them to get this auction going. I was told they were not staying at the house, which is not in the contract nor was bringing the dogs. Yes they had 2 dogs to start and by the end of the sale they had 3 dogs locked up in my Mom and Dad's house that never had an animal in there house. I was lied to about them staying at the house even though I asked them many times not to do this. I don't live in the same town. Other people in town were advising me that they were staying the whole time. Then the 15% and 4% up charges on the customer's receipt, the credit card fee was discussed however, the contract didn't include charging the clients an additional 15% for the auction people's benefit. So they ended up making 54% profit off of the sale. The stated everything at $1 when we were told they were putting stuff in lots of $20. After I called them out they stopped returning my calls and stopped communicating with me completely. This is a below average company that should not be in business. Think twice and then think again. No compassion at all.

    I bought several lots via HIBID from this auction company in Treynor, IA and I did not receive one of the lots that I won. I called and emailed several times and no response. I'd like to report this auction company as having poor customer service. Buyer beware!
