I bought a ************************** X-LITE Towable RV from ****** on 2/25/2022. We put the camper in storage until April 2022. The first time we put the slide out out it did not work correctly and we could not get it in. We had to hire someone to get the slide out in so we could take it to the dealership as it is under warranty. We have had this RV to the dealership 2 more times for the same issue. It is currently at the dealership to get fixed. Isn't there a lemon law for such issues? This time they told us it was because the battery was dead. It was fully charged when we tried to the slide out out. Our warranty will be up in February and we do not want stuck with a lemon. We have had other issues as well. The dealership told us we should expect issues when you buy a new camper. This is why we bought a new camper as by husband is 66 and not in great health.

I did some checking on this complaint, The Laws have a slide issue that we believe we have figured out. And we explained it to them per the tech that has done the work on it. They have a huge double slide

That when its closed or in, it has no supports under the floor of the slide. Then when the customers walk on it, it bows in the middle. We have pictures. Then once you put the slide out and it drops into place the supports

that are under it when it's out push the floor back up to where it's supposed to be and then it works fine. One other thing when they called the mobile repair to come close the slide so they could get it here. I reimbursed

them their out of pocket money. So they never actually had to eat any cost associated with this issue. Not sure why they think we should refund the customer. We have gone above and beyond for this customer

dropping other work to get them in right away to address their concerns. I don't believe Bishs has done anything wrong to warrant a refund

I am rejecting this response because: We have had three issues with the slide. The first time they did reimburse us but the next time we had to pay a tech $800 to get the slide to work. We have not walked on the slide when it is in the in position and this is the first we have heard of this. When we took the camper up this last time the tech tried to tell us that it was a battery issue. They now tell us that they are putting two knew motors in the slide. We have not been able to use this camper without issues. It is a lemon as defined by the lemon law. Three times with the same issue within a year. We would like them to take this camper back and reimburse ** accordingly.

    Sincerely,
