      I purchased a heavy-duty furniture dolly from US Cargo Control through ******. The listing clearly stated Sold by US Cargo Control, and their contact information was displayed prominently on the product page. Naturally, I assumed they would handle any customer service issues.When the dolly arrived damaged, I contacted US Cargo Control directly, as any reasonable customer would. I called multiple times and was told someone named ****** would call me back. However, I was never able to reach her directlythe one time she did call, I missed it, and no follow-up was made.Eventually, I emailed **** ******, a ******************* Specialist at US Cargo Control. His response was dismissive and unhelpful from the start. Instead of addressing the issue, he insisted I go to ****** and claimed they had no responsibility for my purchase.I provided screenshots proving the ****** listing explicitly stated that US Cargo Control was the seller, yet **** ignored this and continued deflecting responsibility, hiding behind internal policies that customers arent made aware of at the time of purchase. He repeatedly ****** accountability and was more focused on explaining his companys internal agreements than actually assisting me.This entire experience has been frustrating, but more than that, its misleading for other customers. If ******************** doesnt handle customer support for products sold under their name, they should not list themselves as the seller. Their branding gives the impression they stand behind their productsyet when issues arise, they push customers ****************************** needs to be transparent about their policies and train customer service representatives to treat customer concerns seriously instead of dodging responsibility. Customers shouldnt have to fight through corporate technicalities just to get help.I hope this complaint helps bring attention to their misleading branding and poor customer service so that future customers get help.

      I ordered some moving straps for my father in law, and I received the wrong item. Sat on hold and sent multiple emails only to receive the wrong straps AGAIN! This place is mismanaged and wastes your time. If you can help it, do not do business with anyone under the Clickstop corporation.
