    I received a Jackpot slots scratch off mailer ad sponsored by American health filtration, saying that I was to call immediately to learn white prize I had won, when I called the number a man named **** answered and after rudely asking what city I was calling from told me that **** in the field would have to come and tell me what Id won because he had the master key when I told **** that I wouldnt be interested because it sounded like a waste of time I simply hung up. A few moments later **** called me from a different number and said you feel like I wasted your time? Well that was the winning prize and now someone else is winning it, good job loser! And hung up. I proceeded to call him back 2 times and when he answered he said got nothing better to do than call me 20 times? To which I told ********** did not call him 20 times, but 2. He told me to go back to watching my looney tunes and if I have a problem to call the better business bureau to which they claim to be accredited. Even including it on the mailer with the BBB Logo present. The numbers I have for **** are as follows:************ ************ ************

    I apologize for this. I appreciate you bringing this to my attention. It is completely unacceptable. I have spoken with **** and he will be reaching out to the customer to apologize and make this right. His unprofessionalism conduct will be addressed immediately and measures will be taken. 

    I have reached out to the BBB about our accreditation as well.
