    We used American Party Buses about a year and a half ago for my sons homecoming group. After the kids are, they were in their way back to go to the dance. It started raining. The wipers didnt work and the windshield was fogging up. Water was leaking into the bus. The drive was not very safe as she stopped several times in the side of Interstate 80 to clean the windshield so she could see. Upon the third or fourth time stopping, there were parents that had to go meet the bus to pick up the kids to get to the dance safely. No refund or apologies were given. Fast forward to this weekend. Another bus was booked. We couldnt remember who we used last time and when booking they do not have pictures of this same bus on their site. We were very ***** when they pulled up, but what do you do with 12 high school kids ready for prom and supper. This time on the way back they had to stop because the dash lights were not working. Mind you they were still in **********, and were told it would be 30 mins or more until another bus could come. The driver let one of the kids hit the dash and the lights came on, so she didnt wait for the new bus and proceeded to get the kids to their destination. Again, no apologies or partial discount given. Please do not use this company. The buses are outdated and dont run properly and no regard was taken for the safety of their passengers!
