    In April of 2023 I was told that this business needed upfront payment before ordering my cabinets from the supplier. The transaction total was was $42,830.99 I have requested an itemized statement numerous times without compliance from the company.I have received several of the wrong cabinets and am missing cabinets. The original estimate I was given was (*****k) for more cabinets than what I have received. I am currently missing the cabinets for the 2nd side of the bar and linen cabinets for the basement, the cabinets in my kitchen do not match the 3D drawings I was provided with and are the wrong size. The stove hood was made for an 8 foot ceiling and not a 10 foot ceiling, and does not have the fan or any of the components inside of it that should be. I am also still missing my utensil holders and need the correct size beg boards for my plates/bowls cabinet. Many of the cabinets have unfished ends that were supposed to be finished as well.I have sent numerous emails and these mistakes have not been corrected, I threated legal action and the company will no longer return any of my messages or provide me with my itemized receipt. I have also learnt that they haven't even paid the cabinet builder. I have also received cabinet parts (36 in roller drawers for the second side of the bar, without the cabinets for them) This has caused a delay in the closing of my home and has caused me additional fees due to the delay.Invoice number **** date 4/17/2023
