  Passion Home Improvements - Jason Clark was hired to put new windows in my mothers home after completing other work. After doing a majority of the installation, he vanished without a trace after having been paid in full for the job. Once we were able to contact him, he stated *** done so much for that lady as though he hadnt been paid in full for his services. My mother is 84. This leads me to believe he will scam the elderly without remorse. My mother most likely wasnt the first nor will Be the last person he will betray. What started as a good work relationship has ended with my moms trust having been broken and an unfinished job. We will need to start over with getting another contractor to complete the work he has chosen not to finish. What a shame.

  Passion Home Improvements were contracted 3rd party to install a bathroom for ****** and it went smooth with no issues and was completed in a timely matter. Upon completion of that, when returning to collect ****** had a tree come down on her house during a winter storm creating damage on the roof, trusses, shingles, siding, gutters and inside cielings. We worked with her in an emergency situation at night to remove what tree we could and tarp the hole to prevent further damage. We then worked with a local tree remover to crane the rest of the tree from the home. We then were contracted 3rd party to repair the damage to the house via insurance claim. We completed the insurance claim work with no issues and in a great time frame. The only thing we didn't repair were the gutters because they were with another company, that tried to over charge this client and I went back and forth with them on her behalf. When completion of the work, Passion Home Improvements were then asked to contract for new windows, which I agreed and we came up with a plan to replace them. These were all special order windows and takes time to build from the distributer. We then installed all windows with the exception of 2 that were made incorrectly. I explained the situation and time frame for the remaining windows. Upon the arrival of the newly corrected windows they were again made incorrectly, so we had to re order them again. Upon doing so I received a phone call from a son in law from out of state, threatening Passion Home Improvements and myself personally. At that point I informed him that we as a company worked vigorously to complete the project and had done so much for this client that I was at a loss for the phone call. As of this response, said work to be finished has not been done by us nor another company. We would love the opportunity to mend this relationship as I personally got to know ****** and came to enjoy her company.

  We also did a job for him he refused to pay this man just does as he pleases with out Paying for anything obviously this is his pattern. Oh and we also took him to court and won. And yet still have not seen a ***** of why he owes us. Id really give him a no star.

  Did a job for the owner Jason. He refused to pay us for absolutely no reason. Took him to court won a judgement against him and still refuses to pay.

  I reached out to *** for a personal cover for our family boat after getting some recommendations. It was constructed wrong and made too tight to snap down and was an absolute nuisance to try and use. The only reason a judgement was entered is because I was not able to attend the hearing as I was in ******* doing work. With that being said this has nothing to do with my business Passion Home Improvements as it was a personal matter and not sure why a business review was written. Passion Home Improvements has never conducted business with ***.
