    Watertime came to our home April 24 to do the start up of our sprinkler system . We had prepaid the cost of $195. When the system was turned on it did not work. **** ***** (owner) said the pump was dead. I discussed with **** about a new pump and told him I would discuss with my wife and get back to him. On May ************************************************************************************************************************************************************************* on Monday May 20 th. I did not hear back from him on Monday so texted him again on May 23 asking cost and when the pump could be installed . No response. Then on 6/3 I texted again, asking about pump installation, no response. Texted again 6/10 and 6/11 asking when he can put pump in. No response. At this point I decided to take a look at it and cleaned it out and got it running myself so I texted him on 6/12 saying I fixed it and would not need the new pump at this time but would like the $195 returned to me as there was no start up done to my system. He called shortly after text was sent stated that if he returned the money we were done as he had ordered the pump so I did discuss it with my wife and decided we would purchase the pump and have it installed. **** stated he would send an invoice for the pump and the plan was to deduct. $195 from the cost of the new pump. We never received an invoice, contacted him again on August **************************************************** for the $195 , I have not heard from you since June, I have not seen a new pump, or the money for the spring start up that was not done. So we have not heard from him since June 12 and have asked several times for reimbursement. We would like the $195 for the sprinkler start up cost that was never done. We do have the text messages if needed.
