    I have attempted to get an account with this company three times in the past 2-3 years. Unfortunately, my company does not get the bill for their clientele. I have even tried with a cosigner and was still turned down. I'm starting to question if this company does not finance small black businesses.

Our company does not collect information regarding race, ethnicity, or other demographic characteristics as part of the application process, and these factors are never considered when evaluating credit applications. We make all financing decisions in full compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and other applicable regulations, based solely on objective credit information.

    After reviewing your application history, we confirmed that the financing requests were declined due to overall credit profile concerns, including low credit scores and limited financial depth, both individually and with a co-signer. We understand this was not the outcome you hoped for and regret any frustration it may have caused.
