    I'm extremely happy with kading properties. Every service I have requested has been done extremely fast. The service people need commended for all the great work they have done. Everyone here is so nice. Great lace to live. We are very happy here.

    The ** has mold in it. Have complained and they come and say it's good. Blowing out mold.

    If I coukd leave 0 stars, I would. You are money hungry crooks and true slumlords. I have never lived under a company this bad. You fail to do anything, not even basic maintenance. After multiple maintenance requests, I have yet to see this company fix ANYTHING. Instead, they charge us extra fees for shit being left outside. Sure, you want the outside to look nice, but what about the inside of your units? Broken toilets, showers, lights, etc. Doesn't make you look good. And. Charging people extra money after they move out is a low-blow, ESPECIALLY when they were respectful of the unit and what you charge for, is normal wear and tear. Another thing, increasing oyr rent every year? My 2 bedroom town home is NOT WORTH 800+ dollars a month, especially since you guys refuse to fix anything unless it's a health risk, and even theb, that's STILL hit or miss.
