    Everyone was nice. Then after demo was done and most of the work was done, then we find out that we have to wait on a few things. And the Buildertrend system that they were so proud of that they wanted us to check every day for progress on our project was never posted to. Had to make several texts to the project manager (ie owner) to get any answers on what was going on. Still, even then had to keep reaching out. Was told our cabinet and vanity doors were shipped and we would be done that week or the next. That time came and went. I had to reach out yet again. Told him I felt that he either lied about them being shipped or they were sitting on them. Also, told him that we had been more then patience for 14 weeks and they had 75% our our money!! If we didn't hear anything by the end of the week that we would assume he was backing out. He responded in 1 minute and said they got the cabinet doors this week and they were being painted; would be installed the next Monday. I don't even know if they will do a walk through as we were told. I just want to be done even though there are things that I would like fixed.

    Careful when entering into business relationships with this company. They do not pay their invoices and rarely respond to requests for payment. When they do, they make promises to pay that they do not keep.

    I would not recommend this business due to the deceiving tactics used. This business uses a platform for communication and project status which is ineffective. It also offers a service for planning and design which does not follow-up throughout the project. They use a quality manufacturing company for the selection of products and when the products are delivered, they are substituted with lower quality products.
