  This company is a storm chaser. We had strictly asked the salesman when he came to our house if they where from the quad cities and he said yes. No they weren't they only rented space in ********** for an office, which we found out after the fact. They did not flash up against the chimney correctly so we had water coming in the house. We got water damaged on the vaulted ceiling which we had to have replace and paint. We could never get ahold of anyone when calling them. They also add on fees and materials that they never replaced on a another bill that they sent our insurance company. Our insurance company had asked them for a copy of the original estimate and they never sent them one. So now the balance that they say we owe becauuse of them falsely adding and charging us they have threatened to put a lein on our house in 10 days. Beware of this company. They take advantage of homeowners and seniors. And we also had to find someone to pick up the extra materials they left in our driveway.

  We recently had our roof replaced by ROCC Construction. It was a pleasure working with Alex, he was very informative and knowledgeable. Communication was very great at first, unfortunately then we did have some miscommunication but thankfully all was resolved and the job was completed. The crew that was sent out to complete the job were very quick and efficient. I truly appreciated how clean they left the job site when completed as well.

  We worked with ***** on getting our beat up roof replaced. We had issues getting it covered through other contractors, but, ***** handled everything and was so professional, on time, and a pleasure to work with. Our new roof is amazing!!! Thanks again for all the hard work from Rocc Solid.

  We contacted ***************************** to come out and give his professional opinion on our siding due to hail damage. He came out immediately, was personable and polite. Within a week, the adjuster was here and *** was here to meet him. We were approved on the spot! Now were just waiting for the next step and I cant wait to see the outcome of our home. I can honestly say that I never thought this process would be so stress free. Thank you Mac, youre making it easier for people to sleep at night.

  This company was great to work with! Start to finish. From the inspector ***************************** to the the contractor ***! It was amazing to work with these guys and their crew! Tear off and reshingle in one day. Everything was cleaned up, hauled away, with no problems at all ! This company and these guys went out of their way to make this happen and to make this job was done right!

  First off I would like to start off with I know how important these reviews are as I am a small business myself. ***** did an out of this world job. He was very thorough with the whole process. We had a oops that happed with **************** and ***** was right there making sure things were getting done and making the sit right (we are all human and mistakes happen). ***** even went out of his way to not only come wash my car since some dirt got on it but he also filled my car ??. Over all my experience has been amazing and would recommend ***** and the company as a whole to anyone looking to get anything done. They have the crew to do it!

  I hired this company to do my roof in 2016 and again last year after a storm. My roof, siding, and windows look amazing! They did a magnet sweep of the property and the clean up was perfect. Professional and on time. These guys are the best.- Bob A.
