    07/07/2022, 07/01/2022, 06/29/2022 these three set of dates are the dates my issues occurred, this is my community internet provider, i work from home, so myself and my job depend on this service to be up and active, these three dates the whole community lost internet due to "wires being cut" no other reasoning for all three occasions just the one, I could've lost my job because of their "no absentee rule" luckily I didn't, but in the event of these three outages I lost a total of 24 hours, $****** total of pay due to their poor services, yesterday was the most recent occurrence, I requested because of the loss of income for them to apply a credit ( monthly **** being ***** a month) paid in full every month and on time, after making them aware that ive lost a total of ****** for my rent and **** expenses due to their poor services, they texted me to let me know a credit of ***** would be applied to my next months ****, i was irate at the fact ive lost 3 days of work and a total of ****** for my expenses due to them and all they had to tell me that my frustrations were worth *****, this is unacceptable, my lively hood has been put on the line a total of 4 times this year (dates up above are just the most recent, also in less then two weeks time frame) i would like more then just ***** to be applied to my account as a credit.

    At the time of the outages the network had been purchased by Summit Broadband, who is responsible for billing and credits.  NexGen is not authorized to offer credits beyond what was given in this instance.
