I was already ************* customer, but the deal offered was better than what i was paying so i switched to plan offered by them. I also switched my internet service from comast to **** as the bill was better. They promised the following.1- Monthly cellular service bill - 193$. I have email communication. 2- Monthly internet $60.3- 22% additional discount as i'm a preferred employer employee (***************)3- Two **** club gift card sent in 3-4 months in the amount of 250$ and 200$. My complaints - My phone bill has been around 250$ for the year and i have 2 more years of contract. I will end up paying thousands more than promised - Never received the gift cards - Did not receive the 22% discount - I called their special number meant for **** club customer service ********** many times, but they were unable to help. They asked me to go to **** store to get more details - I went to **** store, but they were unable to help said ******** was 3rd party so they cannot honor anything promised by them in **** club. Further they said they have received many such complaints. Not sure why would **** allow them to open a storefront in their club as it provided legitimacy. I do not understand why would **** allow them to operate on their behalf and then deny any wrongdoing. I'm out thousands of dollars and a lot of anxiety. Somebody needs to investigate these folks and put the criminals behind jail.
