The agent left me a voicemail for the promotion in 9/19/23. The date of the monetary transaction was 10/25/23 for the amount of $84.13. The agents name is ********. Every voicemail left by said agent advised me that I qualify for a brand new iPhone with the only stipulation of me bringing in my old iPhone and pay taxes for the new phone. Which is what was paid. In the store numerous times she stated to me that there might be troubles with the billing statement and to keep an eye on that. Since then I spoke to a customer service rep to make a payment and question why my bill was so large. She advised me that she sees all of the credits that were given to me for the phone and my normal monthly payment will be back around $105 a month. Now US cellular is stating I only qualified for $830 in credits which is an absolute lie to my face. My girlfriend ********************************* was there for this entire process and at the same time received her new phone with less issues. Times are tough and I didnt want a new phone nor seek out any promotions. I feel like I have been taken advantage of. My phone payment has now increased $80 for a product I only just wanted to accept as a cool promotion offered to me for free. I really just want my old phone that was paid off back then if this how they are treating customers.I do have the voicemail saved please advise on how to upload this.

      Hello,
I have researched this account. Promotions do have qualifications and stipulations. I see that the customer did qualify for the FREE iPhone 15 base model promotion of $830.Customer decided to upgrade the phone model to the $1200 iPhone 15 Pro Max.Looking at the account the customer is getting the $830 promotional credit ($23.06/month) and is only paying the difference of cost between the two phones. The difference is $10.03/month for 36 months for the upgraded model. The customers cost per month for the plan ($70), upgraded phone model ($10.03) and device protection (********* $96 before taxes. Because the customer hasnt set up his account for autopay, which is a $5/month savings. The customers bill before taxes is $101. If the customer chooses to do autopay it would make his monthly plan cost the same as his old plan. He can set up autopay through the My Account app, call into customer care or stop into the store. I hope this helps. Please let me know if there is anything else I can assist with.
