      I am rejecting this response because:

      This response is non-sensical and nothing more than an attempt to evade responsibility for the poor workmanship on the install of my project. I have cameras on my home and have no evidence that anyone from All American Beauty has ever returned to inspect the quality of the install. If they had come without informing me of such that in itself is cause for objection. This company has made multiple promises of action and there is no evidence of any actual follow through.

      Yes, I understand how gravity and water flow works. However, the corners on my gutters all line up nicely at every junction. which means the Permalights can also be lined up nicely at the corners. Further, the majority of the corners from the install of the Permalights product also line up perfectly. The reality that most of the corners look perfect is proof that it is possible to install this product and make the corners align nicely. There are two corners that are VERY poorly installed and not aligned. There are a couple others that are minority out of alignment. To continue to make excuses is unethical and nothing more than an attempt to evade responsibility for the poor workmanship of this job. 

      From what I can tell the only method that will adequately correct the poor workmanship of this job is to remove the poorly installed pieces and reinstall new pieces and ensure the corners align correctly.

      Please cease with the baseless excuses and take prompt action to properly remedy the poor workmanship of this job.

      All American Turf Beauty, **** provided Mr. ***** with addresses of customers that we had installed PermaLites 365 in his city per his request, so he could look at other jobs that we have installed, before he purchased our product and service.  

      We do try our best to make the transition from one surface to another look as good as possible.  I believe the transition that Mr. ***** is talking about is going from one gutter to another and in order to drop down to the gutter that is lower and at a slant, because gutters normally slant to drain the water, there is not a good way to make a good transition.  This is the way that we have installed other customers lights.  We have installed 100's of PermaLites all over the state and this is the first installation issue that has come up.

      ***** and **** both went out and looked at the corners and reported back to me that it looked fine to them, that that's the way we do those corners.  I do apologize that neither of them seemed to have communicated this information with Mr. ****************** can come back and meet with Mr. ***** to discuss it and see if there is another way to make the transition.  At this point it will need to wait until it gets warmer, possibly in March or April, because the track is taped on and is easier to remove in warmer weather, if that is what needs to be done to change it.

      The lights were installed like we do other gutter jobs and the lights are working.

      All American Turf Beauty, **** is not making baseless excuses.  If your cameras were working they should have filmed ***** at your house on Nov. 6th around 4:25 to 4:30pm.  He took a picture on his phone of your house when he arrived and another of your gutter.  **** was there on Dec. 3rd between 11 and 2pm.  He said that he knocked on your door when he got there and looked into your camera on the corner of your house, so that you would see that he was there.  They both told me that it was installed the way that other jobs have been installed.  Again I am sorry that neither one of them contacted you after looking at it.

      As I stated in the last response the cold temperatures do not allow us to try and fix the joints at this time, because of the tape we use to help hold the track on the gutter.  We will put it on the calendar to be there the week of March 17th through March 21st., providing that the temperatures are staying above 40 degrees for 24 hour periods.  When it gets closer to March 17th we will contact Mr. ***** and let him know what date will work best with the temperatures, for that week.  If for some reason that the temperatures are not 40 degrees or above that week, we will also contact Mr. ***** to schedule a later date.

      I started communicating with ************************* on 9-6-2022 about a quote on my yard fertilizing. At that time, he said if I prepaid for my services; his company would give a discount. (I can't get an invoice of my completed services, so guessing that was never honored.) And a discount for the first service. On 9-12-2022 I signed the contract and emailed ***** back. On 9-16-2022 the first application was applied and that application was overcharged. (Was supposed to be $32.09 but was charged $72.51). I contacted ***** and he said he'd make the adjustment. (My credit card was charged $306.16 on 9-22-2022). On 10-3-2022 my yard was aerated and over seeded and I was left 2 invoices in my door saying that I owed $159.83 and $41.73. I contacted ***** on 10-3-2022; the entire yard was not over seeded; especially the area he was mostly concerned with; he never responded. On 10-13-2022 I sent ***** a note asking for an itemized statement of services I had received (how could I possibly owe more money?) and to follow up on recent service that tore up a cable in my back yard and what was completed and one of his company trucks driving recklessly... No response. On 11-1-2022 **** the tech sent a text saying he'd be out on 11-2-2022 for another application; I asked him that I wanted to talk to ***** first. On 11-2-2022 **** said he was going to the office and have ******************* me; no communication by *****. On 11-7-2022 I asked **** if he went to my house for another service and he said no. On 11-25-2022 I sent ***** another note asking for an itemized receipt of services; no response and no statement sent. On 1-12-2023 sent email to ***** cancelling all services. On 1-30-2023 sent another note to ***** asking for why I wasn't getting any money back. Still have not received a response or statement. And my credit card has not had any activity from all American turf since the original charge on 9-22-2022. I should be getting $88+ back plus the inconveniences and overcharging.
