    I purchased a cb microphone from this company, I paid an extra 20 to have this mic wired for my radio, and them I paid an additional 20 dollars to have it tested. When the mic arrived I tried to use it and when I plugged it in it squeeled could have damaged my radio, they did not test it for the wiring included in the screen shot. Called them and asked why instead of inferring to refund me the price I paid for the service they obviously didn't do they transferred me to their tech who wired it, he asked that I return the mic so he could fix it , I asked but why should I have to when I paid for it to be tested and you never did and we wouldn't have this problem if he had tested it.I asked bim for the correct wiring code and told him id docit myself, at tvis point they should have offered to refund me for wiring the mic and testing it, considering they had not don't the service I had thrown out the box anyway by this point. So I left a bad review and I thought that was the end. Then this guy tech **** calls me the next day while I'm at work to harrass me, and I told him I don't have time for this I'm at work and I said yeah send a return label sure. But I had already thrown the mic in the trash. Now this *************** calls me twice on the weekend to ask why I haven't returned the mic and calling me immature in email messages from his company. I would like some compensation for being scammed and lied to by this company. I dint have the mic I threw it out, it was garbage. But I did pay for services they didn't do. Thank you.

    The customer had ordered a microphone and a ********************** to have it rewired to a specified radio, after receiving the microphone the customer posted a negative review about the microphone to our website which prompted us to reach out to find out what had happened.

    During initial conversation with customer (10/3/23) we offered to pay for return shipping to fix the microphone and send it back to the customer. The customer declined the offer to return the microphone to have it fixed and instead requested the information for rewiring the microphone himself which we then provided.

    On 10/9/23 we reached back out to the customer to check in with him to see if he was able to fix it himself. During conversation he insinuated we had given him false information and requested we send him a return label so he can send the microphone back for a refund and then he ended the call. After the conversation he was emailed a return label so he could return the microphone for refund.

    On 10/21/23 we reached back out to the customer again because he had never used the return label he requested we sent him; so we wanted to see what was going on. He would not stay on the phone and kept hanging up. He sent an email (Email 3 attached) back shortly after to inform us he had thrown the item in the trash, and that if we didn't stop harassing him he would report us to the BBB. (Emails 3-6 attached are the correspondence after the final attempt to reach out to customer. 

    Overall customer was very insulting, difficult to work with, and didn't seem genuinely interested in a good outcome. Attached emails are all email correspondence between us and the customer. 

    We sent him a prepaid shipping label to get the product back for refund. The label was never used and the product is still in customers possession so we are unable to offer a refund until the item is returned.

    I am rejecting this response because: They are lying, I bought the mic paid for 2 additional services, the mic being worked for my radio and also to be TESTED! if they did the service I paid for and tested it they would have known the mic had not worked correctly. They lie and have been scamming people because they don't want to do their job. I had thrown out the box as I told them I couldn't have returned the mic. And this guy literally saved my phone number and was calling me even when his work wasn't open on the weekend . So what they are saying is people pay for a service they don't do and when people figure out they didn't do the service that was paid for just send the item back and wait another 2 weeks for your item to inconvience them because they lie and scam people ? No again I paid for a service they didn't do , when they called me I asked for the wiring code and they lied and gave me the wrong one, and the fact they admit they didn't do the service and obviously don't care about customer ********************** over a measly 40 dollars speaks volumes.

    Customer has been given ample opportunity to return the product to get his money back. He decided to throw the product away after he requested and received a prepaid return shipping label so we could get the product back.

    The product is still in the customers possession. Until we receive the product back we cannot issue a refund for:

    I purchased a brand new president ********** + and I was not familiar with it's settings and I thought it was all good to go . So I attempted to make radio contact and I noticed my TX signal was not working correctly so I adjusted the swr and still no TX power . So I attempted to contact Walcott and explained the issue about what band I needed and he explained it and again I thought it was ok to TX and it wasn't . The *** and lsb doesn't show any modulation going out . So I decided to ask Walcott the cost to replace the finals and I thought my radio was under warranty to fix a final . So apparently it isn't and I'm out $300.00 because Walcott won't replace a final . So I'm having to take my business elsewhere where and I've also contacted President ***** ******* about this and Walcott ***** . I'd like at least half my money back or a new untouched president ********** + . I have my receipts for proof of Purchase . It's bad business to burn a customer and not help .

    To whom it may concern, Mr. ************************* purchased a President ******* 2+ on 08/18/22, he also wanted the radio modified for CB use. We did this, and shipped it to ******************** once the transaction was complete. On 08/25/22 another customer came into the store, and informed us that ******************** was "Black balling us on ********** After being made aware of this we tried to reach out to the customer with no result. ******************** never contacted us. Furthermore the claim he has made is impossible because that adjustment is not part of the modification we performed on the radio. If he wishes to return the unit we can certainly do this, but he would have to communicate with us to do so.
