    My family and I went to the lost island theme park on their discounted National Roller Coaster day. The website stated Celebrate National Roller Coaster Day! Gate admission is discounted to $42 per person! But upon arrival we were charged full price!!! And when we asked about it we were told WE had to ASK for the discount. Nothing on the website says the discount was upon request. Anyone not paying attention or ignorant to the discount would be over charged.

    ****** -Thank you for taking the time to submit a review. It appears that we had a communication breakdown with our cashier who dealt with you on August 16th. Normally guests do need to request discounts for their specific situations, and clearly the message that everyone received the National Rollercoaster Day special failed to register during our morning meeting. Thank you again for helping us improve the guest experience by pointing out such a preventable mistake. We hope you will still consider visiting us again despite this incident.
