- The Cedar Bend Humane Society provides safe haven for homeless pets until we can place them into permanent forever homes through an adoption process. We also attempt to reunite owners with their lost pets. We are here for the homeless and lost pets in the Cedar Falls, Waterloo, Black Hawk County and surrounding communities.
