      I ordered Bertch kitchen cabinets for a complete kitchen remodeling in October 2021. The cabinets arrived with many scratchs and paint "skips" that ordinarly would be corrected with the touch up kit. I ordered 2 touch up kits though my contractor and as of late July, I still have not received them. Each time I call Bertch ***************** I'm told they are back ordered. On a recent call, the rep advised me to remove a kitchen cabinet door and bring it to *************************** to get a similar color for touch up. How can it be that after spending more than $20,000 on cabinets, Bertch can't provide touch up kits to fix their sloppy products? The **************** agents I spoke with were distinterested, unskilled at problem resolution, and not helpful.

      Our supplier has been slow in getting us the touch up kits, recently we have started getting these in a timely manner.  I will get the two kits sent to ********************** direct to the address listed on the complaint.  We are sorry for the delay and will send them out today August 10, 2022.
