5 starsWhen you don't know who to trust, you look to your local Better Business Bureau. I trust the Waterloo BBB and have used them multiple times. Community Builders in ******** responded right away to my inquiry. ****** was polite, knowledgeable, and assured me the job would be done right. The crew for the roof went right to work, they needed to replace plywood underlayment on a portion of the roof. I took pictures along the way and was delighted. I also needed siding replaced due to the 2023 storm. Within 2 weeks, the siding and the crew showed up and again, went to work. My neighbor liked the siding so well, they hired Community Builders to side their home. Everyone I spoke to from the president, ******; the vice president, ****; the office lady, *****; the men on the job; they ALL were pleasant, caring, and happy with the service they provided me. I strongly recommend Community Builders in ******** for roofing and siding.Milli H.P.S. Many people take the time to leave negative reviews. I wish more people would give positive reinforcement when they feel a person or company went above and beyond.Review fromCathy M

5 starsAAA+++. Everything is better than I expected! Windows, doors, siding and gutter guards, all excellent. Have gotten several compliments from neighbors, some even before work was completed. Owner very easy to work with, answered all questions, stopped by daily to check in and make sure everything going to plan. I just can't put into words how happy I am with their work!! I will definitely use Community Builders again and will highly recommend them to family and friends. I feel very blessed to have found Community Builders.
