On 07/03/24, I purchased a 2006 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited from Teddy's Auto Sales in ******, **. ********************* advised me, verbally only, that there was a frame repair done on the Jeep and advised me that it was "done very well". This was not disclosed on an inspection sheet as there wasn't one and was not disclosed on purchase agreement. I recently brought the vehicle to a mechanic to have a hitch installed and I was advised the frame repair was not done well, a "patch job" at best and would not have passed an inspection. My mechanic advised it would take $10,000.00 to fix the frame in its current state. I have only put less than 300 miles on this vehicle since I purchased it. I signed the agreement with the mindset the seller, *********************, was truthful with his information about the frame repair was done correctly. I have attempted to contact ********************* and so far no response. He basically sent me down the road in an unsafe vehicle. As a dealership, he should have to make sure his vehicles are safe to drive. I want my $9000.00 refunded.

Disclosed as frame repaired/rust and sold As Is, We showed the customer where it was repaired and had 70 plus pics with a hd video. Sold to him at a discounted rate. Extremely upfront and honest about the 19 year old jeep. We offered to help get parts at wholesale for the customer after he called and offered to help him out and buy it back from the customer at a wholesale cost. We also offer to let the customers get pre sale inspections done, which the buyer did not do. Not much more we can do. Buyers remorse happens and we sure tried to help him out in any way we could. We Hope the jeep works out for him in the future.
