  Didn't fix anything, still charged me almost 400. They was supposed to fix pipes under trailer less than month later water is running out under the trailer again. Have to get a different plumbing company to do the work they failed to do. I could barely read their invoice, didn't include an envelope to send payment. Not a very professional business.

  ****, we are sorry to hear you're unsatisfied with our work, however we were originally called by the park and ****** called later that day to make sure we had been called to fix a toilet/sewer backup, not to fix pipes under the trailer. Our company responded to the call on January 23rd, ****. We did not bill you, we billed ********************************* as she is the tenant listed. Due to the parks regulations anything above ground is the tenants responsibly and ****** was aware of that. Additionally, ****** called our office today and stated the bathroom plumbing gurgles, toilet blubs when using shower, and sink blubs when using the toilet. She also mentioned there may be a leak under the toilet and the lines were jetted by a different company about 6 months ago. We do business with the park directly and their tenants very often and have never had anybody complain. As for the invoice, we're sorry you were barely able to read it, but we cannot change that as it is set up through an accounting software and there are no settings to change the view. We do not include an envelope to return payment as most of our customers pay with credit/debit cards, but we appreciate your opinion and will consider including envelopes in the future.

  Our company is responding to ******'s call about the gurgling plumbing and possible leak under the toilet today. We are unsure where the complaint is coming from because when ****** called today, she never mentioned being unhappy with our previous work and she is the one responsible for the bill because she is the tenant listed.

  I had this company come out to my home earlier this year because when i have my heat on in the home, it automatically shuts off and blows a fuse when it hits 61 degrees. and because i have to go into the basement and change wires over from heat to ** depending on the time of year. I called Crystal heating and cooling because a friend recommended them. ***************************** came out to my place. I turned the ** on and it ran. It didnt shut off while he was there. He was at my place for 2 hours. In those two hours he was talking on his phone most of the time. At the end of the two hours he told me there are a lot of wires that are loose and I needed a new electrical strip that he will look into getting. I am handicap and it is extremely difficult to get in the basement. I have to go down there and switch wires over from the heat to air and back depending on the time of the year. ******* did state he would fix all of this. A week later he called me and asked if the air conditioner was running still. I told him it was. The call ended. I called him back a few days later and if he got the electrical strip, and when he was going to fix the rest. He said, I talked to you last week and you said it was running so Im not fixing the rest i wrote them a letter and ******* called and said he told me all these things that he put in his report that he never said to me. He said he will come out and not charge me to look at the unit. We will see how that goes and i will update this so you know. They billed me for two years and i was forced to pay the for no services rendered. ****** for ******* to come out and talk on his phone for an hour and a half and still not one person has gotten the heating element to fix my air and heat. They left a handicap person, basically trapped in their home with no heat and air for two years.

  ******,We truly are sorry that your heater was not able to be fixed. We always try out very best to save our customers money by fixing their heating and cooling systems without immediately encouraging them to completely replace their units. After driving to ***********, and as you mentioned, spending almost 2 hours trying to come up with a solution that fit your budget, we diagnosed the problem with your heating system as unfixable due to the parts being discontinued. We do charge for our travel and diagnostic services and while the diagnosis is not always the outcome, we both hope for, we do need to make sure our staff are paid for their time. We also understand when clients have difficulty paying their bill, so you are correct, we've waited almost two years to be paid and were hoping that we could settle up on this invoice, once it was sent to small claims we have received payment from you. This is the second time we have heard from you, the first being a ******** review.
