    Tech did not do lashes according to notes from previous visit with another tech. Tried 1 more time and still did not do them per previous visits. She admitted to me that she couldnt find notes in system so she did what she wanted. Then said if I wasnt happy Id have to come back another day & pay for removal. I filled out a satisfaction survey that was emailed to me and said I was unhappy and wanted to talk to manager. Nobody reached out. I cancelled services and membership but was then told I couldnt use my available funds for removal. Again I asked to talk to a manager and again said to cancel my account. No one followed up. Today I received a text that my monthly dues were charged to my credit card. Id like my dues refunded and my leftover credit from the fall refunded. Totally do not understand why I cant use a credit I paid for to remove lashes that a tech made an error on. And I dont understand how you can bill me after I requested a cancellation.

    Guest came in in this past fall.  She saw our stylist *** from July 18th to August 31st.  She then went to a new stylist, *****, three times.  After the third time with the same stylist, she left us a review stating she was not happy with her lashes.  A manager reached out on 10/13 and left a message.  She did not return the call.  On 10/27 she signed a freeze form stating she wanted a break from lashes.  As stated in the form, her dues would go through on 2/3/24 again.  On 1/5 she called and asked if she could use her credit on her account for a removal.  The front desk girl told her no because the value of the refill is about twice the amount of a removal.  She was upset she could not use that credit towards a removal.  Manager again called her on 1/8/24 and left a voicemail to discuss this and she was wanting a refill on lashes she received from another studio.  She did not return the call.  On 2/3/24 she called upset that she was charged stating she thought she canceled her membership.  On 2/6/24 she spoke with my manager *************  They had a very friendly conversation and ****** let her know that she has three credits on file that she can use until 12/24/24.  She also told her that when she calls to book, she will honor member pricing for her full set.  I have attached many documents, and have more, to document this information as correct.
