    2020 taxes were done by Boelman ****. Error was caught by the *** which i passed on to Boelman. They didn't bother checking the state side until i brought it up to them and then argued with me on the amount of the refund i should get from state. I explained how i came up with the figures and then they say i am absolutely correct. I decided to go another direction with my taxes for 2021 and my new CPA asks to look over my taxes from 2020. He finds another error by Boelman **** which resulted in an amendment needing to be done. i originally spent $450.00 with Boelman **** to have my 2020 taxes done then had to spend another $500.00 to have them corrected by my new CPA. I contacted Boelman and explained the situation to ****, he said he would call me back which he didn't. Called and left a message, no call back. Called again and talked to ******************* who said they would call back, no call back. Sent a message through their website, no response. In all Boelman **** error was about $8000.00 which was to my favor but the good old government got to use my money for over a year. Asked Boelman for a refund or at least a partial refund for all the hassle and extra work on my end for their mistakes and i get absolutely no response. I have emails showing their admission of guilt or acknowledging the mistakes if needed

    I am rejecting this response because:The only way i knew of the recent error is because my new CPA discovered it after reviewing their work. Boelman-**** claims they would have amended the taxes for free but they did not know the problem and i wasn't going to tell my new CPA thanks for finding the error but i'm not paying you because the previous CPA firm will fix it for free. Now i am also being audited by the *** because of their errors

    Even though I disagree with the response from Boelman-**** I will take the $200.00 reimbursement.
