I shopped at the Lego store at the Jordan Creek Parkway location in Jordan Creek mall. This transaction occurred on May 3031st at3:18 pm. My purchase total came to $29.92. My card was approved, but the cashier insisted it did not go through and was not approved even though it said so on my end because he stated that it did not give him an option to print a receipt so therefore the card transaction did not go through. When in fact, the transaction went through twice. My bank account has been charged the $29.92 two times. Made an attempt to contact ** store to no avail as there is no phone number on the receipt. I was on hold with the Company for over two hours to at least get the phone number and I have been attempting to call the store for the last two days to no avail. Nobody answers the phone and theres no way to leave a message. I have called probably at least 20 times in the last two days at various times and no answer at all. I do not live close to Jordan Creek and it would be not only time-consuming but a drive for me that is out of my way to go back out to the store. I was attempting to try to get this resolved and have not been able to. The **** store at Jordan Creek mall needs to refund my card back one of the transactions. They have clearly overcharged my account .
