      BE AWARE!!!! SCAMMERS!!! Don't call them for any towing! They will give you one price, and the bill is gonna be 3 times more! Talked to the owner, he saud they don't have sny 2 hours minimum, then after working 20 min he comes with a 2h minimum, different rate and so on. 20 min for a winch out 2450$!!! I could have there a different company to do it for half of the price. They will not appreciate you bussiness and will rip you off!

      IF YOUR A TRUCK DRIVER, DON'T GET NEAR THESE PEOPLE!! I pulled into loves on 6-6-23 at about 1:00am. Was going to wait until morning to get a trailer tire fixed. Unfortunately, my peterbuilt 579 just suddenly died. Fuel Guage showed it had between 1/4 and 1/2 tank of fuel. The next morning loves changed the filters and added some fuel but it still wouldn't prime back up after changing the filters. I personally never looked in the tanks I just took the guys at loves word for it that it had enough to prime back up. So I called this company to come take a look at it. I was inside the store when the mechanic showed up. He called me on the phone and asked how much fuel I wanted him to put in it? I said I wasn't sure, did it need some. He was extremely rude during his next comments so I told him I was on my way. I got there and he was ready to start pumping fuel but I said hold on, how much is your fuel? He said it's 6.00 a gallon how much you want? I told him I didn't want any. I told him the guys at loves obviously had not put enough in it and that apparently my Guage was malfunctioning. I asked what I owed him. He charged me 350.00 for driving up and shining his flashlight down in my tank. I swear he done nothing!! The guy from loves brought me 15 gallons of fuel at NO CHARGE and primed the truck while this guy set on his ass and watched. He literally done NOTHING! So when I refused to pay 350.00 he called the police which was fine. As it turns out, the state trooper was very familiar with this company and their business practices! The trooper explained I would have to pay the bill but I could file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Lol then the guy charged 3.8% more because I used a card to pay him! These guys are nothing but rude unprofessional crooks! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!
