    Absolutely appalling. Overcharged both product and so-called Labor / Man hours installing a toilet that did not need replacing to begin with. Was told to leave the old toilet in the garage for further inspection, and did no such thing. They purchased the most expensive toilet they could (Gerber brand made in China), and claimed that it took them 1 hour and i5 minutes @ $165.00 pre hr to install. Have done this many times before, and in MUCH less time (30 minutes tops). Must be because we were from out of state, and thought we didn't know any better. The bill will be paid, but in a manner of time I deem worthy of doing so. You folks should be ashamed of yourselves for taking advantage of Disabled Veterans in such a manner. Absolutely disgraceful.
