      Jan 21 2023 I paid $225 in person at the ***************************** auto auction for a custom made Aston ****** metal garage sign. They gave me a receipt and told me 6 weeks. 6 months later no sign was delivered and every attempt to contact the company has failed. Multiple voicemails and emails have gone unanswered.

      As per your letter dated 6-16-23, I am writing to inform you, and my customer, that the custom sign he ordered at a car auction in **********, ** 1-21-23 was shipped on 6-19-23 ***** ground, tracking #************, was delivered on 6-22-23.  Due to the nature of our custom signs, that we make one at a time, we are at the mercy of our manufacturers (ie. aluminum delivery scheduled, artwork production and sign installation/decorating labor, etc).  We took more than 100 custom orders at this show.  Thank you for your attention to this matter and we

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. It is unfortunate that it took this complaint to rectify the situation when simply returning a phone call or email once over the last 6 months would have been enough to prevent it. Thank you.
