    -100 is my rating! I was always on time. They called said I didnt retain insurance, and said they would increase my regular monthly payment. I provided proof, which they said they never received. It was faxed twice confirmed. Then they said they switched systems, which has nothing to do with me! Never was late past 9days on my payments. The month they took my car I would call In To pay, and they would hang up and not take my payment! They deliberately made me late. And when I asked for my account number so I could mail it in they hung up also. So I could not make the payment. **** is the worst ever!! She said she didnt want to listen to my dissertation!! Rudest person ever !! They replied my car and put a repo on my credit report. Misery!!

    We feel strongly that this complaint is either NOT legitmate or not intended for Globe Acceptance. There is no name for us to confirm whether or not this is a real customer of ours. However, it was submitted from zipcode 45207, which is in Ohio, and we only provide loans to customers in Iowa. We also do not have an employee named Beth or anything that sounds even close to Beth. We have not "switched systems" and none of what this person is describing would be part of our normal business practices here at Globe.
