    On or about 04/14/23 I contacted the company as I was wanting to sell my house "as is". I had several communications regarding how the process would work. Purchase & Sale Agreement had to be revised several ********** was signed on 05/10. Subsequent review of that document have revealed that both the city of the ************* social security number are incorrect. The next day I got a call from ******* stating that he had someone interested in joining him on the property but that they wanted to walk through the property. He had indicated that his company works with investors but that my property was most likely going to be handled internally.A ************** came to the ************ were clearly not investors.They were a family looking to buy a *************************** was using me to act as their agent.I addressed my concerns with *******. On **** I received emails that included *********The next week I received a text message from ******* stating that his partner wanted to come and view the property.There was some damage found that I was unaware of & an insurance claim was filed and repaired. Several messages regarding closing were sent. The closing was scheduled for **** and on **** received a text from ******* stating that his partner wanted to do a final walk through.On **** I received a phone call on my cell from his partner ***************************. I did not give him or authorize him to have the number. On **** **** was at our home before 10 AM and wanted to know when we were going to leave.He stated that the funds had been disbursed which I later found out was not ************** started antagonizing and harassing me, my son, the ************ helpers. As soon as I left to attend the other closing he refused to let anyone in the house and our movers left with only a half truck. On 8-2 I contacted the attorney's office looking for my funds. She did not even have an address of where to send it. I also spent the next 2 weeks trying to find out why the other disbursement had not been made.
