    I just had my windows replaced by Iowa Lumber & Construction.salesman ****, seemed very honest and sincere, I had 6 different quotes, but always went back to his proposal.The job started and for my size project,, it was estimated 2 days maybe a little more.8 windows, double hung and one entry door, at the rear door, 32".Things did not go well, by day 12 I had reached my ***** end, as it is very disruptive but necassarry to get the job completed. Understand the quality of the work, and their installers was what motivated me to work through this, their workmanship was that good. Respectdul, cleaned job site daily.I spoke with the owner and she addressed all of the concerns, without question and backed the workmanship and the product.infact I had put these windows in myself 25 years ago with 4 cases of polyurethane, that stood the test of time apparently, each one had to be surgically removed, as to not creat more damage on the interior, that was not known until the windows were actually opened up.This added a tremendous amout of time to the project, never once did she imply or suggest I compensate for the extra labor.I was a contractor for many years and, what more can you ask for, they made my home look so much more attractive and added value. I would recommend them.
