      I wish I could say good things about this place. I really wanted to start services with New Leaf, thinking I was finally doing something right for my hormone imbalance. I started with testing my hormones. Then I was to wait 5-6 weeks because of how busy the provider was. I went to my doctor and decided to have him continue my hormonal care. This is where things went wrong. I emailed the front desk to have my provider visit through them refunded. Only to be partially refunded. Then, *******************, decided she wasnt having it with my questioning this. Emailing me passive aggressively and ignoring the fact that the itemized clearly is wrong. I am not the first patient who has had trouble with this company or, specifically, this person. I was told my provider visit would ne $230 out of the $470 I paid. I only received $100 back and the receipt only shows $175 for the provider visit??? I wasnt given an itemized receipt to begin with until I asked for one. Something doesnt seem right and I want ******************* looked into and a total refund or I will continue to gather other unhappy patients and their stories of how they were robbed by New Leaf and their staff.

      You have all of my information to contact me on my file. My email you can refer to is *********************** You also have my credit card information to complete the refund in full. If youd like to go ahead and start there; I will remove my review I am ready to post on yelp, ************************** pages and any other review sites I can find. Lastly, ********************* needs to be fully reviewed and action taken to review her mannerisms towards patients; in person as well as via email. Its our finances shes messing with and I find it very concerning a company wouldnt be taking further action other than trying to apologize, for her.

      ******* has been refunded as of last week the full amount for the provider visit and some of the lab cost for a total of $230. Refunded the additional on June 29th, 2023

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I will continue to monitor my credit card statement to make sure the total amount is there. I still believe there needs to be some sort of heart to heart, with the receptionist whom was in charge of dealing with patients. The behavior I have only experience in my short time was unacceptable and I cant imagine the stress other patients have experienced who have been here longer.
