      Worst possible insurance for a Church .We have paid huge premiums for a while thinking we had good coverage .We had wind damage that resulted in a leak in the front of 3 rooms .We had a licensed contractor inspect and said in his professional opinion it was from storm damage .A senior adjuster sent a field adjuster out to inspect .The contactors estimate to fix was *****. which is very reasonable. The field adjuster was inconclusive .They paid an engineer 1500. to say we had no wind in the area. Within 4.1 miles of the Church there was a roof taken off from the wind which proved the engineer wrong. Sent a letter explaining the wind damage to Senior Adjuster with a letter from Contractor stating wind damage .Adjuster said case was closed unless we hired a engineer to prove the other engineer wrong. We sent claim in July 5 2024 and got the first answer August 23 2024 on a small claim .WE HAVE OVER 3 MILLION DOLLARS IN COVERAGE ON OUR BUILDINGS.

      WORST EXPERIENCE EVER if you are a business owner looking for insurance? DO NOT GET IT HERE Insurance is supposed to give you peace of mind when the unthinkable happens. The only thing that Ive gotten from guide one is a headache and A uneasy feeling. I opened a claim with them January 8 when my guy stepped on a water pipe on a job site. It is now June 18 and the claim is still unresolved. ********************* Should not be a insurance claim adjuster his communication is horrible and his attitude by all means is disgusting The lack of follow through and communication with the people who were affected is unacceptable and now they are holding up finding new insurance because they have not completed the proper paperwork for my claim to be closed. This is a NIGHTMARE. I REPEAT IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR BUSINESS INSURANCE DO NOT GO WITH GUIDE ONE. Note: *** asked to speak with a supervisor or management and still have not heard anything.

      my car has been sitting in the collision center for about a month. no one has responded to a request from a collision center for adjustment. now I found out the adjuster no longer works with the company.
